Soft enamel top layer on black dyed metal with digital print. Soft enamel bottom layer with digital print, with blue dyed liquid imbedded between the layers. Pin measures 2.25" across, 1.75" tall. Double posted with ocean blue rubber clutches. Limited quantities.
